This work was the subject of two publications in the journal Nature Communication in 2019 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-019-12791-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-019-09552-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>) and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jove.com\/video\/61110\/in-utero-electroporation-multiaddressable-genome-integrating-color\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">JOVE<\/a> protocol. She performed multicolor clonal analyses to study in particular the composition, positioning and dispersion of these astrocyte clones during brain maturation. This work was made possible by the use of a new 3D imaging approach combining bi-photonic multicolor mosaic microscopy and automatic serial cutting.
