Post-doctoral Research Scientist (M/F, temporary position)
“Epigenetic Regulation of Genomic Imprinting”, Montpellier-France
Article en anglais
The Institute of Molecular Genetics in Montpellier (IGMM) seeks to employ a post-doctoral scientist in epigenetics. The project will explore imprinted gene expression during mammalian development, with a particular emphasis on the role of long non-coding RNAs in chromatin structuration. Murine embryonic stem cells are used as a main model, in the context of ANR and INCa funded research programmes.
Applicants must have a recent Ph.D. degree in developmental or molecular biology and prior experience with bioinformatics is preferable.
The successful candidate will join the ‘Imprinting and Development’ team within the dynamic setting of the IGMM, LabEx EpiGenMed and Montpellier BioCampus, in the vibrant Mediterranean city of Montpellier.
